Words With Wings Summer Camp(Grades 3-8)
July 13-17 & 20-24, 2020
Our Words with Wings Summer Camp, now in its 14th year is an intensive writing summer camp for students entering grades 3-8.
Every morning students write form and free-verse poetry in small classes taught by Missoula Writing Collaborative’s professional writers. Students who stay for the full day camp have an opportunity to explore the Missoula community and write about its natural and cultural landscapes. The week culminates with a public reading and students take home a copy of their poems in a Words with Wings Anthology. Registration for our 2020 Summer Camp will begin in February on our Submittable site.

Our high school writing workshop gives high school students an opportunity to develop their fiction, poetry or songwriting skills. This workshop is for anyone with a passion or interest in writing, whether they are just starting or have been penning stories for years. This is a great place for high school students who are looking to grow as writers.
