Caroline Patterson

Caroline Patterson Caroline Patterson's stories have appeared in Alaska Quarterly Review, Epoch, Southwest Review, Salamander, and Seventeen. She is editor of Montana Women Writers: A Geography of the Heart, an anthology of women's writing, and Who Pooped in the Zoo? with the San Diego Zoo. She completed her M.F.A. from the University of Montana in 1992 and received her undergraduate degree in 1978 from Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts. She has received fiction fellowships from Stanford University, the Montana Arts Council, the Alison Deming Foundation, the Vogelstein Foundation, and the Henfield Foundation, as well as the Jackson Prize in Fiction from the San Francisco Foundation. Caroline teaches at Central School in Helena, Montana for the Collaborative.
