The Flagship Program, funded through a 21st Century Learning Center Grant, provides after-school programs to area schools. The Missoula Writing Collaborative participates in this program with the Missoula Art Museum at Hawthorne and Franklin Schools, bringing the arts -- including creative writing -- to grades 2-5.
